Steyning Country Fair

Steyning Country Fair is a great day for all the family and will be held on Bank Holiday Monday 26th May 2008 Starting at 11am through to 3:30pm.

The fair is a fun day organised and run for the people of Steyning and surrounding areas. The theme of the fair is a throw back to the heritage of Steyning and the traditional crafts and farmers livestock and produce are a great attraction.

This year there will be music and dancing with many acts to entertain the young and old alike. Not forgetting the dog show which is attended by many local dog owners and always proves to be great fun.

Turn back the clock and experience the atmosphere of Steyning as an old market town, complete with livestock, rural crafts, stalls and demonstrations, together with clowns, jugglers, puppets, music and other entertainment for all the family.

The count down is underway and all the plans are starting to come to fruit. The committee have held their last meeting before the big day and sorted out the last minute issues.
We still need more volunteers to help with marshalling, collections and selling raffle tickets. If you would like to help please contact Michael Martin on 01903 816902.
